1. What Dolu is
Dolu is a milk and bread delivery service. You place orders through WhatsApp, and we deliver fresh products to your doorstep on the mornings you choose.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed through our WhatsApp ordering flow. The order-by cut-off is 10:00 PM for next-morning delivery. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Pricing & delivery fee
Product prices are shown before you confirm. A delivery fee of ₹2 per delivery applies unless you have an active free-delivery window (earned through coupons or referrals), in which case delivery is free. The final amount, including any fee or discount, is always shown before payment.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card or bank details.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel an order before the 10:00 PM cut-off for a full refund. If a delivery fails (for example, nobody is available to receive it), we will reschedule it or refund you — your choice. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Subscriptions
If you start a daily subscription, you can pause or skip days over WhatsApp. Paused days are never charged.
7. Referrals & coupons
Referral codes and coupons grant free-delivery days as described when you receive them. They cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a coupon or referral reward in cases of misuse or fraud.
8. Fair use
Please give us accurate delivery addresses and be reachable at delivery time. Repeated failed deliveries or abuse of the service may lead us to pause your account.
9. Liability
We take care to deliver fresh, quality products on time. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dolu after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact & governing law
